**Dues to National PDCA are not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. A portion of dues however, is not deductible to the extent that PDCA engages in lobbying. The non-deductible portion of PDCA national dues is Six Percent (6%). Contributions or gifts for Painting and Decorating Contractors of America are not tax deductible as charitable contributions; however, they may be deducted as ordinary and necessary business expense.
